AN ENCHANTING ALPINE VALLEY IN FRONT OF THE PRESANELLA MOUNTAIN GROUP
Incredible and wild beauty in western Trento province. Very pleasant excursion. Are you ready to admire peaks, lakes, waterfalls, glaciers and snow fields that you’ve only seen in the most evocative postcards from Trento province?
Close your eyes and reopen them only when you feel the breath of infinity … we will take you to Val Nambrone!
We are in Adamello Brenta Park. Once leaving your car in the convenient parking area at Nambrone Mountain Refuge Cabin, an easy path among waters leads to the beautiful Amola waterfall.
The water element dominates the landscape of this evocative corner of the park. Scenography designed by spruce trees is a wonderful setting for the meandering Sarca di Nambron stream. The transparent and crystalline color can be admired both walking along the green lawns and from numerous walkways and bridges across streams, creeks and watercourses to reach oasis and relaxation where you can rest and have your packed lunch.
The ring path then comes to the picturesque Amola Waterfall. The impetuous swirl of waters allows those closest to the roar to take refreshing showers of droplets suspended in this splashing game.
To complete the alpine day in the best possible way, we recommend taking your car to the Cornisello Mountain Refuge Cabin and climbing up to 2120 meters above sea level, a terrace overlooking the Presanella mountain group and all the Brenta Dolomite Alps. From the convenient parking lot below the refuge, walk along the opportune natural road to admire the lower and upper lakes of Cornisello. Are you ready to go?
